Best way to develop this prototype

    Hi All,
Can someone please suggest the best way to implement the attached prototype image.
When the user clicks on Add to Favorites, An AJAX call has to be made and the text should change to "Remove from Favorites".
Is there a better way to prototype it other than using HTML tables?
Can some one please help me? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks,
    Apps

Thank you very much for your kind reply. Is it possible to create list items which extends to two rows? It would have been good if the left and the right column elements' immediate parents are same.
